These are currently the top deforestation hotspots around the world. More and more, deforestation is largely due to mining, feed for agriculture and palm oil. Our daily personal choices here have a huge impact on this problem. What we consume, whether in the way of food or the products we buy, has a direct affect on whether this problems gets worse or if we collectively change it for the better.
