This week we are encouraging you (and us!) to write a thank you letter to your favorite local leader or legislative representative, small business, charity or social enterprise advocating for sustainable and ethical practices. You can always add a donation, or make a small purchase if it fits with you too.
Running a business ethically is really hard work especially in the current climate and speaking out for science, human rights and our environment tends to be fraught with a surprising amount of blowback. Let’s say thank you to those who inspire us, who we’re grateful for and who we’re really glad exist. Write up an email, letter, post a card or pop through a little gift, and remember to share their posts, participate in any actions they create and support them when they’re fighting for what we all need in this world.
