It’s World Science Day for Peace and Development! Never heard of it? This day highlights the significant role of science in our society and the need to engage everyone in debates on emerging scientific issues.
It also underlines the importance and relevance of science in our daily lives. Science is the reason we understand where we are at right now (despite how much it’s been ignored the past few decades) and will be essential to reach many of the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (that’s our future!).
